Welcome to Tourism Training.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tourism Training website, courses, programs, learning materials, assessments, certificates and related services.
By accessing our website, registering for an account, purchasing a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the applicable services.
1. About Tourism Training
Tourism Training is an education and professional learning platform focused on tourism-related knowledge, practical skills, professional development and career-oriented learning.
Our programs cover areas including travel and ticketing, visa and documentation, tour operations, tourism marketing, specialized tourism, inbound tourism, domestic tourism and other tourism-related professional areas.
2. Eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering for an account or purchasing a course.
Unless a particular course specifies otherwise, learners should have sufficient ability to understand the language used in the course and operate the digital devices and internet services necessary to access the learning platform.
Where a course has specific prerequisites, those requirements will be stated on the relevant course page.
3. Account Registration
Certain services require you to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Not share your account with another person.
- Notify Tourism Training if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
Tourism Training may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorized access, fraud or violation of these Terms.
4. Course Enrollment and Access
When you successfully enroll in a course, Tourism Training provides you with a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access that course during the applicable access period.
Unless otherwise stated for a particular program:
- Course access is provided for 1,095 days (3 years) from the date of course activation.
- The access period begins upon activation of the course, not necessarily on the payment date.
- Tourism Training may update, modify or improve course content from time to time.
5. Payments
Course prices and applicable payment options will be displayed through the relevant enrollment or checkout process.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Where a payment is processed through a third-party payment provider (such as bKash), that provider's applicable terms may also apply.
Tourism Training does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular third-party payment method.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Tourism Training Refund Policy.
Eligible learners may request a refund within the applicable 30-day period from course activation, subject to the conditions described in that policy.
7. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Tourism Training website, course materials, written lessons, videos, graphics, assessments, course structures, branding, logos, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Tourism Training.
Your course enrollment gives you permission to use the applicable learning materials for your own personal educational purposes.
You may not, without written permission:
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of course materials.
- Sell, sublicense or redistribute course content.
- Upload course materials to another website or platform.
- Share paid course access with another person.
- Record, reproduce or distribute paid lessons for commercial or public use.
- Use Tourism Training materials to create a competing commercial training product.
8. Learner-Generated Work
Learners may create assignments, portfolio items, exercises and other work as part of a course.
Unless separately agreed, learners retain ownership of their original work.
By submitting work to Tourism Training for assessment, feedback or course participation, you grant Tourism Training permission to use that submission for the purpose of providing, administering and improving the applicable educational service.
9. Assessments and Certificates
Where a course includes assessments, learners must satisfy the applicable assessment and completion requirements to receive the relevant certificate.
Certificates are issued only in accordance with the requirements of the applicable program.
A certificate confirms completion of the specified Tourism Training program or requirements. It does not by itself constitute a government license, statutory professional qualification, employment guarantee or guarantee of professional competence.
Tourism Training does not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, business success or job placement as a result of obtaining a certificate.
10. Career and Job Support
Tourism Training is designed to support career development through practical learning, skills development, work samples and portfolio building.
Where career guidance or job-support services are offered, the specific scope of those services will be described separately.

13. Website Availability
We aim to keep Tourism Training services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the website, learning platform or any individual feature will always be available without interruption.

14. Course Content and Information
Tourism and travel regulations, visa requirements, airline policies, destination information and other industry conditions can change.

15. No Professional or Government Guarantee
Completion of a Tourism Training course does not automatically grant a government license, immigration authorization, visa entitlement, travel-agent accreditation or statutory professional status.
Where a particular program carries an external accreditation, endorsement or legally recognized status, that status will be explicitly identified on the relevant program page.
